The Confederation of
Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex
body for private Real Estate developers in India. CREDAI represents
over 5,000 developers through 20 member associations across the
country.
CREDAI links private real estate developers to the
government and customers through numerous initiatives and

private real estate developers under a single umbrella is a potent

growth.
Vizianagaram was ruled by different Hindu emperors of Kalinga (ancient Odisha) up to the medieval period. After the fall of the centralized Gajapati empire of Odisha, the region was governed by the Golkonda rulers. The ancestors of the Maharajas of Vizianagaram are believed to be the descendants of MahaRanas of Udaipur, the Sisodia dynasty. Rulers of this princely state belong to the Pusapati family

Sri Gurajada Apparao an eminent writer and founder of colloquial literature inTelugu. He wrote a famous drama Kanya Sulkam which is a remarkable play on evil traditions in child marriages. He worked as Lecturer in M.R. College, Vizianagaram.
Dwaram Venkata Swamy Naidu
A Music College was started in the year 1919 in Vizianagaram by the Vizianagaram Maharaj. Sri Dwaram Venkata Swami Naidu an eminent violinist . He worked as a Principal in Music College at Vizianagaram. He was awarded the Padmasri.
Adibhatla Narayana Das
Sri Adibhatla Narayana Das an eminent Hari Kadha Gaana. He was the first Pradhama Acharulu of Music College, Vizianagaram. He was famous for his Hari Kadha Gaanam even from his Matriculation and acquired profound knowledge Parish Sanskrit, Arabi and English.
Kodi Ramurthy
Sri Kodi Ramurthy an excellent wrestler. He worked as Physical Education Teacher in Branch College in Vizianagaram. He got profound knowledge in Vayu Stambhana, Jala Stambhana. In 1911 he went to Madras and showed his skills in breaking steel chain to stop the motor cars and allowed elephant to pass through his chest before 5th King George. He has awarded him with Indian Sando for his excellence
Maharajkumar Vijayanand
Maharajkumar Vijayanand, the younger brother of the ruler of Vizianagaram. Vizzy, he was popularly known, was educated at Heylebury Public School in England, was a Knight of the British Empire, a councillor to the Viceroy and a Cricket Captain who led the MCC team. Vizzy was one of the rare Presidents of BCCI who was elected unanimously. During his tenure, the Indian team had an eventful tour of Pakistan.
Smt. P. Susheela
P.Susheela hails from a music family but she was the first to sing in her family. She studied classical music in Maharaja`s Music College, Vizianagaram under the tutelage, of the famous violinist Dwaram Venkatasamy Naidu. She got Padma Bhushan Award in 2008.
Ghantasala Venkateswara Rao a Legendary and Distinguished Indian playback singer and music composer of Telugu films and many other languages such as Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. he Studied in Maharajah's Government College of Music and Dance in Vijayanagram. He was the recipient of the Padmashree award. He composed exemplary music for more than 100 movies. Ghantasala's blending of classical improvisations to the art of light music combined with his virtuosity and sensitivity puts him a class apart.
